Swift
Truck Driver Benefits | Driver Pay
Driver Home Time
Swift's driver managers strive to get every driver
an average of one day off for every six days driven. Swift drivers are
away from home an average of 12-14 days at a time and then home for
2 days.
The longer you stay with Swift and the better job
you do, the more opportunity you'll have to improve your home time.
Exceptional drivers with Swift are looked at first to run in the dedicated
fleets, which typically get a person home more frequently.
