Swift Transportation Driver Pay | Driver Benefits

Swift announces new improvements to its driver pay plan.

Truck drivers working for Swift have great opportunity to advance throughout their careers with regular pay increases. During your first year alone, you will receive a total of 5 pay raises! The new pay scale also pays significantly higher rates for dispatches under 300 miles. Ask your recruiter for details on the sliding pay scale.

No other trucking company offers you the ability to rapidly climb the pay scale as you become a more experienced truck driver.

This pay scale became effective December 1, 2006.

Swift pays up to 10 years of verifiable OTR experience. Each driver’s experience level must be evaluated as it relates to Swift’s own operation, and pay level is determined only after such evaluation. The following pay scale is for general purposes only and should not be used to determine exact starting pay.
